What happened to me was more than a personal violation—it was a wake-up call to the very real dangers that can arise when powerful technologies are used without accountability.
For years, conversations about artificial intelligence have focused on innovation, efficiency, and opportunity. While those conversations are important, they often overlook the people whose lives have been impacted by the misuse of these tools. Behind every deepfake, manipulated image, and act of digital exploitation is a real person whose privacy, dignity, and sense of safety can be profoundly affected.
Today, I share my story to help others understand the human side of artificial intelligence. Through speaking engagements, community discussions, and advocacy efforts, I work to raise awareness about the cultural harms of AI, promote responsible technology, and encourage meaningful conversations about consent, privacy, and accountability.
My goal is not to create fear around technology. It is to ensure that as AI continues to evolve, we never lose sight of the people it affects. By educating communities, empowering families, and amplifying the voices of survivors, we can build a future where innovation and human dignity exist side by side.
Awareness is where change begins. Action is how we protect the next generation.
